Zach | Dubbo Fitzroy St. Centre Manager

My name is Zach Fitzgerald, I’m the Nominated Supervisor for Fitzroy Street.

I’ve been with Nature’s Academy for almost two years, starting as our Educational Leader and moving into the NS role in March ’26. I moved to Dubbo in 2016, having previously worked as a Case Worker in the Foster Care and Community Services sectors. This work developed my appreciation for the local area and the key role it plays in supporting families raising children.

I believe making genuine and meaningful connections with the Dubbo community is the key to our service thriving, and I respect our parents and family groups as our most valuable learning resource.

I love working hand-in-hand with nature, which forms the basis for our unique educational opportunities. This supports our families in raising safe, kind and socially conscious community members.
