Kia Ora, my name is Arna and I am the Nominated Supervisor at Spitfire Drive. I’m a born and bred Cantab from Christchurch, New Zealand, and moved to Australia with my husband and two young children three years ago. My passion for children started in my teenage years babysitting for friends and family, and after trying a few different career paths, I always found myself coming back to early childhood. Over the past 11 years in Early Childhood Education, I’ve worked across a range of roles and settings, including both play-based and structured learning environments, which has helped me build a flexible, adaptable teaching approach and strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Nanny Certificate, and a Diploma in Montessori Education, and I draw on this diverse background to support children’s learning while responding to their individual needs. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing, and engaging environments where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. My strengths include building trusting relationships with families, fostering children’s independence and confidence, collaborating within a team, and maintaining high standards of care and education, and I’m organised, reliable, and committed to ongoing professional growth. Outside of work, I love exploring Australia with my family and supporting my kids’ sporting activities, which reflects how much I value family, community, and an active, balanced lifestyle.

We welcome children from six weeks through to six years of age. Our centre is designed with dedicated rooms for each stage — Nursery (0–2), Toddler (2–3), Preschool (3–4), and Kindergarten (4–5) — so your child is always with peers at a similar stage of development.
Yes — Nature’s Academy Orange is an approved CCS provider. Most families are eligible for government support through Services Australia. To estimate what you may receive, visit the Services Australia CCS estimator. Our team can also help you understand what to expect when you book a tour.
Everything is included — nutritious meals and snacks, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, yoga sessions, and excursions. We believe families shouldn’t have to think about extras, so our care is genuinely all-inclusive from the moment your child arrives to the moment they leave.
We take settling in seriously. Every new child begins with a gradual introduction — starting with a short visit together, then building up over a few sessions. Educators keep in close communication with parents throughout, so you always know how your child is feeling and settling.
We’re located at 3 Spitfire Drive, Dubbo. Parking is available on-site and on Spitfire Drive. If you’re unsure about access before your first visit, give us a call on (02) 5836 7240 and we’ll help you out.
